INFORMATION SECURITY POLICY

ASIME, the Association of Metal Industries and Associated Technologies, relies on ICT (Information and Communication Technologies) systems to achieve its organizational objectives. Therefore, it has an Information Security System based on ensuring the confidentiality, availability, and integrity of its information assets. Its main objective is to guarantee the quality and protection of the information handled by the organization through:

• the protection of information assets against accidental or deliberate damage that could affect the availability, integrity, or confidentiality of the information processed, or the services provided.
• raising awareness among its staff regarding the Information Security,
• the implementation and management of the necessary controls to ensure that the security objectives defined by the organization are met,
• the assignment of responsibilities for information security management to defined roles.

The approval of this policy demonstrates ASIME’s interest and commitment to complying with applicable requirements and to continuous improvement in the management of Information Security in the provision of its services.
