Advice on preventing Occupational Risks
The LPRL in Art. 18.1 establishes that the employer shall take appropriate measures to ensure that workers receive all necessary information about health and safety risks, prevention and protection measures and activities, and emergency measures. Thus, the members of this Department, with extensive experience in the subject, offer our associates individualised advice on matters related to occupational safety.
Specifically, the roles of the ASIME personnel are, among others, the following:
- Resolution of queries related to compliance with specific rules on preventing occupational risks, the necessary training for performing work in the different subsectors, adequacy of protective equipment, etc.
- Spread of new legislation or case law on risk prevention and industrial safety.
- The search for solutions to daily health and safety problems.
